💨 Smoking only allowed outside in the backyard as long as the door to the home remains closed $200 fee for smoke oder removal in home and picking up cigarette butts. 🎉 We are A-OK with having fun and celebrations: holidays, b-days, girls night out, bro time, etc But no disruptive parties allowed 🤫 No music/noise that can be heard by neighbors per the city ordinance code 🚗 4 cars can fit in the front driveway, 2 cars in front of the home and a couple across the street. No parking in front of neighbors homes at anytime. 🥳 Please know if at any point during your stay you will have more guests than 16 guests at the home (what are they sleep there or not), there will be an over capacity charge of $175 to help cover extra related fees -with a max limit of 32 people at the house 🎈 You can decorate but please take down all decorations including tape. If there is party clean up: confetti, body fluids, damages, stains, or missing items will be charged . Put any furniture/decor back where you found it. Including unplugging things so there will not be extra charge for putting the house back together. 🐶 Your furry friends are welcome, please add them to the reservation and clean up all messes inside and outside including pet hair. 🫣We recommend you get the insurance Airbnb offers to cover your stay.
