This is a peaceful residential neighborhood in one of the most desirable parts of Richardson near Mohawk Elementary and JJ Pierce High School with many delicious local restaurants nearby. Some of our favorites include: Texas - Nice date night steakhouse experience Anaya’s seafood - incredibles seafood and drinks (we eat here at least once a week) Gecko Café - casual delicious scratch kitchen Velvet Taco- if you’ve never been- you have to go -best tacos and great margs! Ida Clare- incredible modern southern menu 🤤 Bruncheon- extensive brunch and lunch yummy! Dream Café- unique food, excellent coffee Can you tell we are foodies? 👀
Guest Access
The place is all yours! You will receive the keyless entry code on your day of check-in. You can park up to 3 cars in front of our home and 4 on the back driveway. Please do not block mailboxes or park in front of Neighbors homes at any time. Your pets are welcome if added to the reservation. Please pick up pet mess inside and outside to avoid additional fees. If you will have more than 14 guests at the home at anytime there will be an over capacity fee of $120 added to your reservation with 28 being the max amount of guests allowed. Thank you for understanding this covers additional expenses to accommodate more people.

This a cozy single story home in a charming neighborhood with ultra comfy beds, extra pillows, blankets and a pack and play. The hot tub is always hot and ready at no additional charge it can comfortably accommodate 4-6 people We offer charcoal grill and wood burning fire pit for you to use please note we do not provide firewood, charcoal or lighter fluid but sometimes it is left there by other guests and can easily be purchased at any convenience store close by . The kitchen is stocked with essentials: cook/bakeware, dishes, blender, toaster, coffee maker, microwave We provide bathroom essentials: towels, toilet paper, 2-1shampoo/body wash combo , conditioner and a blow drier. The bed set up 😴The Primary Bedroom with smart TV 2 Queen beds (sleeps 4) en-suite bathroom with walk in shower 😴King bedroom (sleeps 2) with smart TV Hall bathroom with shower/tub combo 😴King bedroom (sleeps 2) with smart TV Living rooms have 2 queen pull out sofas 1 queen air mattress There is also a smart TV in the living room. You are welcome to log into any streaming services you subscribe to on the smart TVs please be sure to log out before you leave. The garage offers fun games such as ping pong, darts, and arcade it’s not an air-conditioned space but we do provide a fan and heater for the extreme weather months.

Although it’s been updated, please note this is a 60 year-old home, not a hotel with onsite staff. We take pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space for your stay. However, living in Texas comes with challenges like extreme weather and bugs, which can sneak in despite our best efforts. Our dedicated cleaning team works hard to ensure a great experience, but imperfections and mistakes happen. If you’re looking for a pristine, sterile environment, Airbnb’s may not be the best fit. We warmly invite guests who appreciate the charm and character of a lived-in home!
